C | 2024年11月，该公司完成400万美元A轮融资，由Yali Capital领投，英特尔CEO陈立武参与投资。2026年2月，完成1500万美元A轮扩展融资，陈立武同时也是C2i的顾问。     2026年5月，C2i首款电源管理芯片已完成流片，首轮产出约2.1万颗芯片。第二款控制器芯片计划2026年10月流片，2027年初启动客户送样。    C2i的技术瞄准AI服务器供电的核心痛点。电力从电网进入数据中心需经过多次转换才能供给GPU，这一过程中15%至18%的能源会损耗，不稳定的供电还会导致近10%的GPU性能损失。C2i的系统级架构方案可减少8%至10%的效率损失，将GPU性能提升约3%。     此次收购将C2i的数字电源专长与英飞凌的全球规模、应用经验及覆盖硅、碳化硅、氮化镓的功率半导体组合相结合，进一步巩固英飞凌在AI数据中心电源解决方案领域的领先地位。

D |     这笔交易预计于2026年第三季度完成，具体金额未披露。截至目前，英飞凌在印度拥有约2800名员工。
